Physical therapists are highly trained health care professionals who examine, diagnose, treat and prevent conditions that limit the body’s ability to move and function in daily activities.

You will receive an initial evaluation by a licensed physical therapist to determine your level of function and design a program tailored to your specific needs to help you reach your goals of returning to an active lifestyle.

You are free to choose whatever physical therapy provider you wish.

Every insurance company is different so when you call and give us your information, we will be able to check to see if you have a co-pay. If you do have a co-pay, insurance companies require us to collect them at each visit.

For those who do not have insurance or do not wish to use their insurance, you can speak to our office staff regarding physical therapy rates.

In West Virginia, you are allowed to see a physical therapist without a physician referral. Although direct access to physical therapy is available, many insurance companies require a referral for payment of physical therapy services. It is best if you check with your insurance to determine whether or not you are required to have a referral for coverage.
